Will we need a variance to design and build your desired project ? This service is great for all clients who are looking into purchasing a piece of land, or having us design an Addition or a Custom Home, particularly if you have a precarious property. By knowing the rules and guidelines of your site we will have a foundation of what can be designed for your property. This is the first step in the process to designing all addition and custom homes.

+ Coordination of your survey with a land surveyor or civil engineer (making sure that the engineer places all the appropriate documentation on his/her drawing)
+ Research of your site’s zoning and design guidelines that will be placed into an easy to read outline. The research will show you information for your site such as: allowable lot coverage, allowable building height, allowable set backs, floor to area ratios (FAR), historic standards, insight into variances + more.
